Final rates, terms, and conditions may be governed by a separate rate confirmation, bill of lading, or transportation agreement between the relevant parties.

Services are offered subject to the availability of qualified carriers and transportation capacity. We do not guarantee that any specific shipment, lane, or schedule can be accommodated. We will use reasonable efforts to coordinate available options for your freight.
